Rositsa Chopeva has over 18 years of experience in building financial strategy, negotiating bank financing, attracting investors and M&A transactions. As a leading financial expert who has been involved in project financing of PV projects since 2012, Rositsa has been involved in some of the largest power plants built in Bulgaria. In the last year alone, the xFigure Finance team has worked on projects with an installed capacity of over 115 MWp, and to date they have completed deals worth over €90 million with banks and investment funds.
Att. Pencho Stanchev – partner at DPC
Attorney Stanchev is a partner at Dimitrov, Petrov & Co (DPC) and a leading expert in energy law, banking law and litigation. Pencho advises some of the leaders in the energy market on a variety of regulatory and licensing issues related to their operations. He also represents various players in the sector – electricity generators, renewable energy companies, traders, distribution network operators and end customers – in complex energy disputes, including commercial cases and appeals against regulator decisions.
Eleonora Ivanova – founder of Fininfo.bg
Eleonora Ivanova is a business development and project management consultant. For more than 20 years he has been involved in entrepreneurship, investment, financing, business internationalization and international network development. She has initiated and managed dozens of projects with external funding for Bulgarian companies and organizations, incl. as a partner in international consortia. He is the founder and current Executive Director of the Bulgarian-Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In 2019, the company will launch its new project – Fininfo.BG – an information and advisory platform for financing business projects unparalleled in Bulgaria to date.
